COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can still order your POP DOG products online and we are still able to deliver your orders (free of charge). However, please allow sometimes longer delivery times.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address; POP DOG is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address (which was given to POP DOG prior to shipment). In cases where we need additional information regarding a delivery address, you may be asked by POP DOG to provide it. A delay in delivery may occur if additional information regarding the delivery address is required.
All orders are subject to a separate processing time except for the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once that it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. The processing time for your order can vary from 2 to 7 days because we make them by hand in our workshop and the shipping time for orders is 2 to 5 (working) days.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. The delivery time as stated is presented in working days, which means that weekends and public holidays should not be taken into account.

At the time of your order you will be able to choose a delivery method (standard or express) and select the corresponding cost of the shipping costs which will be added to the price of your order.
Attention: For orders shipped to an address outside the European Union, these may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the order arrives at the address of indicated delivery. You will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes.

Overseas: 5 to 9 working days
The delivery time depends on the country as well as the location. An order shipped to a rural area may take longer than an order that is shipped to a major metropolitan area (which is near a UPS airport hub). The expected delivery time in working days, as mentioned in the product advertisement, differs depending on the country of delivery. In the tracking information that you receive as soon as the package leaves our workshop, a delivery time is indicated.
We have the possibility to deliver to France, Europe and overseas countries.
POP DOG will use reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the expected delivery time to the delivery address.If the delivery is delayed, or if the order cannot be honored (or can only be honored in part), you will be notified as soon as possible after the order has been placed. In this case, you have the right to terminate the contract free of charge.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with POP DOG until the moment of delivery to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT(S)
If you receive a product that you did not order, you must notify POP DOG as soon as possible by email to email@example.com. You will arrange for the return of the affected product(s) after receiving return instructions from POP DOG. We will bear the costs of such return and then arrange for the shipment of the correct product, provided that you have followed our instructions regarding the return.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, you must inform customer service as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, we will decide how to deal with the current case. In the above-mentioned situation(s), you should always inform us and wait for instructions from customer service.
If in these situations you return a product at your own cost without first contacting and waiting for instructions from Customer Service, you cannot claim any costs you incurred from POP DOG (nor hold us responsible for the return which took place without our prior consent). If the order that is in the process of being shipped or that was shipped to you by POP DOG disappears or has disappeared, or if you claim that you have not received the order (despite information such as management and tracking data /carrier's information to the contrary), the carrier's complaint procedure will be initiated and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited before any refund or reshipment is put in place. You will fully cooperate with the carrier's complaints procedure.
If a shipment goes missing as a result of carrier error (and after the carrier claims process is complete), we will either refund you or attempt to resend the ordered product to you. If the order has still not been delivered to your delivery address (or collection point) 14 days after the date of dispatch, you have an obligation to inform our customer service by email at contact@ popdog.fr within 14 days (include within 28 days from date of shipment).
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes several items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order , refunding you to your original method of payment for non-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive several parcels for the same order if it is composed of several articles.
