This document governs the Refund Policy of the website www.popdog.fr, effective as of September 07, 2021.
POP DOG EURL, (the "Company" or the "Seller"), a public limited company under French law, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 903 022 515 00014, whose registered office is located at 75 rue Pierre Brossolette, 92140 Clamart in France.
The natural or legal person visiting and/or purchasing products or services from the Company (the "Buyer" or the "Customer").
We have a 15 day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label if there was a problem with your order, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
On the other hand, if it's a return for a product you don't like or if you got the wrong size, the return costs will be your responsibility. Items returned to us without first requesting a return email will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products worn or damaged by you. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, complete a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
